Madagascar has recorded its first Coronavirus death, a 57 year old medical worker who also suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure. 

The spokeswoman of the Country's health COVID-19 Taskforce in television broadcast disclosed that the medical worker died on Saturday night. 

This comes as a blow to the country as they have boasted in the past about their herbal drink which cures the Virus. They call it the COVID-Organcis. They have sent this herbal drink to other Countries, Nigeria included.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) have advised strongly against the supposed cure and have maintained that there is no cure for coronavirus until proven so. 

The country has recorded 304 coronavirus cases with 105 discharged, the country attests that all recoveries is as a result of the COVID-Organcis.
