The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control records 575 confirmed new cases of coronavirus in Nigeria, July 6.

The 575 new cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria include, Lagos 123, FCT 100, Delta 58, Edo 52, Ogun 42, Katsina 24, Bayelsa 22, Rivers 22, Borno 19, Plateau 18, Ondo 18, Oyo 17, Kwara 15, Osun 13, Enugu 9, Nasarawa 7, Abia 6, Cross River 5, Kaduna 3 and Ekiti 1.


The 575 new cases increases the number of total recorded cases in Nigeria to 29,286.
The total number of discharged coronavirus cases in Nigeria is 11,828 out of over 29,000 recorded cases and the number of death rises to 654.
