649 new cases of confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded June 24 by the Nigeria Centre for Disease control health officials. 

The number of coronavirus cases continues to ramp up daily as the total number of recorded coronavirus cases hits 22,020.


The states in which the new cases were recorded are; Lagos- 250, Oyo- 100, Plateau- 40, Delta- 40, Abia- 28, Kaduna- 27, Ogun- 22, Edo- 20, Akwa Ibom- 18, Kwara- 17, FCT- 17, Enugu- 14, Niger- 13, Adamawa- 13, Bayelsa- 7, Osun- 6, Bauchi- 7, Anambra- 4, Gombe- 3, Sokoto-2, Imo- 1 and Kano- 1.

The death toll rises to 542 and 7,613 coronavirus cases have been discharged. Below is a representation of the recorded cases in Nigeria in numbers, according to states.
