Floyd Mayweather reacts to Connor McGregor's retirement from the UFC with a comment under Connor's Instagram post.

In a Shared picture of Connor McGregor on his Instagram, a picture of what appeared to be a chocolate cake, baked by his loved ones, that read "Happy retirement daddy", Floyd Mayweather went ahead to comment on the comment section saying if connor ever decided to come back, he'll be waiting to punish him.

"If I'm not mistaken, didn't you tell Mike Tyson you could beat me if we fought a second time? Now you're quitting! I thought you wanted to beat the best? Well, if you decide to come back, I'll be waiting to punish you again." He wrote. 


Mayweather and McGregor had a fight in Texas in 2017, the fight was stopped after the 10th round.

McGregor announced his retirement June 7 with an announcement via his twitter handle, he wrote, "Hey guys I've decided to retire from fighting. Thank you all for the amazing memories! What a ride it's been!
