FCDA revealed why they demolished Tonto Dikeh’ ex boyfriend’s house

The Federal Capital Territory Administration has revealed the reason for the demolition of a building owned by Tonto Dikeh's ex-boyfriend, Joseph Egbri, also known as Kpokpogri, on Saturday morning, May 14.

An adviser to the FCT Minister told Punch in an interview that Kpokpogri's house was razed because it was built on a key roadway.

Attah Ikharo, the Senior Special Assistant to the FCT Minister on Monitoring, Inspection, and Entrustment, also spoke out, claiming that the building had not received approval from the appropriate agencies.

“His house is on a super highway known as M-16. He doesn’t even have a building plan approval. It’s like somebody who knows that the highway is coming sold the land to him and he just went to build. We have been asking him to stop but he refused.”

The minister's aide refuted Kpokpogri's claim by stating that he was cautioned against building on the site but refused.

Ikharo Kpokpogri's house on Guzape 2 in Abuja was illegally constructed, according to the Federal Housing Authority (FCDA) Ikharo said. The FCDA has asked him to vacate the site before work begins on the super highway.

Tonto Dikeh his ex, earlier today took to her Instagram to rejoice about the demolition of his house, stating that he caused her so much pain and she can’t but rejoice to the news. Read more here.
