Kim Kardashian files restraining order against stalker that threatened to kill her and her four children

Kim Kardashian has claimed that her life is in danger after getting many death threats in the mail directed at her and her children.

The Kardashian star was also said to have received a letter in which the letter writer threatened to blow up her workplace with a bomb.

According to court documents, Kim's lawyer went in court on Monday to request a restraining order against alleged suspect David Resendiz, whom she claims she has never met.

Resendiz allegedly discovered the Kardashians' home and business addresses and began sending a deluge of letters threatening her and her four children in various ways, according to the Kardashians.

Resendiz made several false and delusory representations about her intimate relationships, according to the SKIMS founder, according to documents obtained by TMZ. She alleged he made "disturbing sexual references to me in his letters."

Kim also alleged that he had threatened to kill her in numerous letters. She also stated that on April 25, she got a bomb threat in the form of a letter mailed to one of her company's sites, according to geo.

Resendiz must stay 100 yards away from Kim and her family and have no future contact with them, according to Kim. She went on to say that if he is not restrained, he will injure or perhaps murder her.
