Adele dedicates her BRIT Award win to her ex-husband Simon Konecki and their baby with tears in her eyes.

Adele's final win at the Brit Awards in 2022 was dedicated to her ex-husband, Simon Konecki.

With her recent comeback track, Easy On Me, the 33-year-old singer was voted winner of song of the year.

Her comeback record, 30, went on to win album of the year. After using their divorce as inspiration for the song, she gave a special shout-out to son Angelo and ex-husband Simon.

On Tuesday, Feb. 8, the singer accepted her award in person at London's O2 Arena, saying: "I would like to dedicate this award to my son and to Simon, his dad.

"This was all of our journeys. Not just mine. I am very proud of myself for sticking to my guns and putting an album out that was about something so personal to me, because not many people do stuff like that anymore.

My son has been so gracious. sogracious, kind, and patient with me over the last couple of years. It is for him. "

Adele was also voted the year's best artist.

In addition, the artist fuelled engagement rumors. She was spotted at the 42nd Brit Awards in London wearing a huge diamond ring, and the lovely little meteor on her ring finger sparked a lot of social media excitement.

Adele, 33, came down the red carpet in a sleek black Giorgio Armani Privé gown before accepting the Song of the Year award for "Easy on Me" on Tuesday, February 8.

The artist complemented her ensemble with a Lorraine Schwartz pear-shaped ring on her left hand, sparking engagement speculations amid her romance with Rich Paul, a sports agent.

A representative for celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz confirmed that Adele is wearing a ring from the designer's collection.

When they were spotted together at a basketball game in July 2021, they were first connected. In September 2021, shortly after finalizing her divorce from Simon Konecki, the U.K. native made her new relationship official on Instagram. After seven years together, the ex-couple, who have a 9-year-old son Angelo, called it quits in April 2019.

Adele's red carpet appearance on Tuesday marks her return to the BRIT Awards after a 5-year absence, as well as her first public appearance since abruptly canceling Weekends with Adele, her Las Vegas residency.
