Vanessa Bryant gets a new tattoo in honor of her late husband Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna.

In a series of videos posted by on Vanessa's Instagram, she thanked Mike Hurtado, the tattoo artist that helped her get Kobe and Gianna's sweet messages transferred on her.

In the videos she used Kobe's favourite songs. In the first video, Lauryn Hill's 'Can't take my eyes off of you (I love you baby)" and on the second video she used Bruno Mar's "That's what I like".


She captioned the first video, "I wanted my boo boo's @kobebryant sweet message transferred on me. @nikkohurtado came through for me. Than you! #inked #messagetransfer #BooBoo #throwback #tatooinmyhallway #QueenMamba #MambaMentality."

In the second video, "Shoutout to @nikkohurtado for coming over and helping me get my Gigi’s sweet message transferred on me. #throwbacktoFebruary #housecall So happy I can see my Gigi’s handwriting everyday #mambacita," she captioned the second video, showing off a tattoo on her wrist.

Vanessa's tribute comes almost six months after Kobe and Gianna's tragic passing, along side 7 others in a helicopter crash in January 2020.
