Beyonce was spotted wearing a baggy Ivy park sweatpants with the hood covering her face carrying Rumi while Jay Z was wearing a black turtleneck, a black sweat pants and was carrying sir while blue Ivy in her Camo sweat pants and Uggs, followed closely behind her Ma.
To celebrate Junteeth, a holiday which recognizes the emancipation of the remaining slaves in the United states in 1865, Beyonce surprised her fans with a new track "BlACK PARADE" which she released via her husband's streaming service Tidal after an hour of sharing a powerful Junteeth message on her Instagram. She wrote,
"Happy Juneteenth Weekend! I hope we continue to share joy and celebrate each other, even in the midst of struggle. Please continue to remember our beauty, strength and power."
She also took her website to post a Junteeth message and showed off some black owned businesses and how to shop, “Happy Juneteenth. Being Black is your activism. Black excellence is a form of protest. Black joy is your right, Black Parade’ benefits BeyGOOD’s Black Business Impact Fund, administered by the National Urban League, to support Black-owned small businesses in need," she wrote.
