Following the back and forth between Seyitan and D'banj, he posted a new video of him dancing to his hit single "Olohun maje" with an interesting caption that read, "Innocent until proven guilty...., STOP SOCIAL MEDIA TRIAL" he statement continued, "#SAY NO TO RAPE AND HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION."

D'banj, June 16 reacted to the claims that he raped a lady back in December 2018, he announced that he didn't take the claims lightly and would be suing them for N100m to assuage his battered image.

However events took turns as there was a cry out on Twitter by Seyitan's friends who alleged that Seyitan was wrongfully arrested alongside her mother by D'banj, refusing her to see her lawyers.

Even after Seyitan tweeted to debunk the rumours surrounding her arrest, Twitter users suggested that Seyitan wouldn't tweet such, they believed she was forced to tweet that on pressure.

IGP then ordered probe of D'banj over rape allegations, the order was given in reaction to a petition by Ms. Seyitan Babatayo's lawyer Mr. Tommy Ojoge Daniel.
