A lady identified as Seyitan accused D'banj of rape back in December 2018, D'banj then reacted to the news just yesterday suing them for N100m.

Reports went round that D'banj asked the police to arrest her, depriving her of her lawyers, Seyitan later took to her twitter to announce that she's tired of the back and forth, but people close to her started speculating that she was not the one tweeting behind her account, or she was forced by the police to do so.
