Doja Cat made the announcement that she would be donating $100,000 to the Justice for Breonna Taylor Fund.

Friday would have been Breonna's 27th birthday, people around the world celebrated her birthday and demanded justice for her death.

Doja Cat took to her Instagram to celebrate Breonna's birthday, announcing her donation and encouraging fans to donate and to sign the petition for change. This comes weeks after Doja cat was bashed for using racial slurs and has since apologised. Read here



Breonna was killed in her home by police officers, her family filed a lawsuit stating that when they came into her house, her boyfriend  Kenneth Walker, thinking it was a break in fired his gun and the police fired multiple shots killing Breonna. The family claimed that the police officers where not on uniform and did not identify themselves.
