AIT (African Independent Television) and Daar Communications Founder Raymond Dokpesi Snr who tested positive for the virus on May 1st alongside his Daughter in-law and 6 other members of his family days after his son Raymond Jnr tested positive has tested negative, also two of his grand children also tested negative, they were tested twice and the results came out negative.

In a letter he wrote, he thanked  Nigerians, policy makers and care providers for their sacrifices to defeat the pandemic. In his words;

"I am exceptionally indebted to God Almighty for keeping and protecting me and my entire family all through our Isolation at the University of Abuja teaching Hospital, Gwagalada Isolation Centre.

"We are better acquainted with the personal sacrifices of many Nigerians are making to ensure that we collectively defeat this pandemic, this cuts across the policy makers, the care providers and even the cleaners whose Job puts them at a constant risk of exposure."

The CEO Daar Communications has since been recharged from the University of Abuja teaching Hospital, Gwagalada Isolation Centre today on the 14th May.
